Intel Sandy Bridge video drivers - Virtual Desktop on Windows?

Do Intel drivers have a Virtual Desktop functionality akin to nView or the OS X equivalent of "Spaces" or linux virtual desktop?

If not.. what is the recommended program for Windows to perform that operation? (I am assuming I can't just install nView without having nVidia video card)
