Just wondering if anyone knew the answer to this. It looks like for the retail edge program you have to be qualified by 11/30. What is the definition of "Qualified"? I'm just 1300 short of 12000, wondering if I should apply now and hope I get the bundle, or wait it out.

I'm not yet verified either, I wasn't sure if you had to be verified by then also.
