Intel Retail Bundle - Sell and upgrade or Keep?

Would it be worth it to sell the intel mobo and e6300 for a better mobo and e6600?

Obviously the e6600 is a better CPU, straight out of the box, but the cost difference should be your only real question. Can you fork out the difference for the e6600 or would you save the cash and spend it on a better graphics card or whatever?
