I just saw a commercial about 'Intel being unleashed with a Mac today". Anyone know what the scoop is?

All I know is that Apple fans are buying grave plots, digging them out, laying down in them, and begin turning and turning. The "mac" has been turned into a regular old PC. Should now be known as "Macintel". :D

I thought the CELL processor was like the best thing to happen to CPU's since the x86 architecture. Hell I don't even know what I am saying lol :p

I personally don't see the big deal about it. Windows on a Mac...which is based on an intel chip. We've been been running window son intel chips since the dawn of Microsoft. Big deal...bigger news would be Apple releasing a distro of OSX that pc users could just buy off the shelf and install on their existing box.
