Intel Raid SSDs and NCQ

I noticed today when I ran HD tune that NCQ is not enabled for my 2x intel 80gb x-25m G1 Raid-0 setup. I'm curious as to why that is and if I'm losing out performance wise because of this.

I have win7 ultimate and am using intels latest raid drivers.
