Intel Q9400 not showing up on OCCT properly

I have a stupid question. Why does it show on OCCTbenchmark that I only have 2 processors but I have the Q9400? and also on Futremark only shows 2 processors instead of showing 4.

Please help.

Thanks,

Gerry-

How many CPUs does task manager show? You might have accidentally disable 2 cores in your BIOS, or your chip is defective.

OMG.... THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

I forgot about that. I upgraded from an E8400 to a Q9400 and totally forgot to enable the other to processors in BIOS.

Thanks again!

Yeah -- that seems to be a feature in the eVGA motherboards -- I got the 780i last fall. I don't recall that feature in my ASUS 680i board. I was lucky to catch it right away when I first powered up into BIOS setup.
