Seems warm enough (I know that the 45nm chips are "supposed" to be out during Q1 so this might go lower soon enough. If you want it now, it's pretty warm).

(remove space between chief and value to get to work).

Coupon code (listed on site for $8 off): CPDJTNTFF94

OEM version (no heatsink).

NOTE: I listed it as G0 stepping as that is what the OP received from the SD deal. YMMV but the photos show G0 stepping. I would say chances are good! :)

Seems like AT is blocking the C h i e f v a l u e name from being posted. Replace the *****'s with "w w w. C h i e f v a l u e. com" (removing spaces) or simply remove the space between chief and value below.

It was shown at SD to be valid for both B3 and G0 steppings. However, the OP received a G0 stepping version and the photos show G0, but you could receive a B3 stepping, hence the YMMV in the OP! ;)

I purchased an OEM Q6600 from Chiefvalue last month for about the same price with the $8. off coupon code. It was a GO stepping. IMO, I think you have an almost 100% chance now of getting a GO stepping from the big online etailers. The newer batches of Q6600s, no guarantee yours will, seem to overclock higher with less vcore. My Q6600 is Prime95 (Small FFts) stable at 3.6 Ghz, 1.3575 vcore bios and someone over at Extremesystems claims to have reached 3.6 Ghz at 1.272 vcore.

My Abit IP35-E MB has a vdroop of about 0.04 vcore. At 1.3575 vcore in the bios, CPUZ shows a vcore of 1.312 idle and 1.272 load.

Anyone using this with a Bad Axe 2 board? I'd love to hear your OC settings :)
