Intel ProShare 500 HELP

Well, i'd the intel proshare 500 videoconferencing suite, when i execute the conferencing software, the conference manager crash. I search patchs in intel site but there is no patches for proshare 500. I need help NOW, the boss wants to make a conference tomorrow and i don't find any solution. the computer is a k6II 400, 64MB RAM, MB ASUS P5A and an AGP SiS graphic card. th SO is WIN98SE, i try downloading lastest patches from windows update, installing directx 8, lastest drivers (motherboard and graphic card)but nothing works HELP
