Hey, I already contacted the seller (around the same time jehh did), and he's located in my city, I will try to do a phyiscal check on the goods. Maybe bring a computer to test out one chip out of the batch (That I'll buy). Well, the details are in the new thread. Go read it for yourself. LMK, if you have questions or comments about this.

Actually, the reason the Athlon and 512MB sold for $2 w/ buy-it-now was probably to avoid fees. Agreed-upon price was probably much much higher. Just a way to save some money.

If they had a previous agreement, why would they go thru e*bay? Just to earn feedback?

Coldfusion suggested in another thread that you take a PC with Intel's Processor ID software installed on it to test the CPU's. I believe his suggestion has merit.

Intel would NOT allow mis-marked cartridges! This is so bogus... I'd be VERY careful with this guy...
