intel pentium 650 @110 FSB

Is that the only other setting you have? Is there any in between or in small increments. I like to overclock in as small of increments as I can to be safe. Anyways though going from 100 - 110 should not do any damage to anything, it will probably just freeze if it doesn't work.
 
You should get way faster than that. I had one of the first 650e on a p3v4x and it ran 866 at stock vcore.
 
yeah 133fsb on PIII coppermines is pretty easy i did my 550e @ 733, and my 700e @ 933, if you lose stability, just clock it back a bit, your chances of actually damaging the CPU are very slim. Just watch your temps.
