Intel Pentium 4 info needed

Hi,

Can anyone here confirm the Family/Model and Stepping information for the Pentium 4? This is needed in a program for the detection stage. I'm not sure whether it's familyID 9 or 15 so please verify this for me if any of you kindly may.

I would have thought the family ID would be 7. 071x and above, going by how the Pentium and PPro/P2/P3/C/C2 families went.
