Intel P43/P45 motherboards

Anyone know why it's taking so long for Intel to release their own P43 and P45 motherboards? They've been on Intel's site in the products section since the P45 launch but I have yet to see them on Newegg or in stock anywhere else.
 
i wish they would shed some light too - i've been eyeing on the Abit IP45 Pro for thhe last month and it still hasnt come out yte

Yeah I was wondering about the Abit as well. But today hearing about the layoffs in another post makes me think it will never be released.
 
If you get tired of waiting, my Gigabyte P43 board has been flawless in its first few weeks of use (with E8400, 4 GB RAM, ATI 4870).
