i noticed there is also the mp440bx, and its an oem board. anyone know if these will take dell powersupplies and front panel connectors? looking to upgrade parents' computer without throwing out case and powersupply.

Kind of a lame deal anyway - I810E boards can be had for 60-$70, cheaper socket370 CPU's just drop in. The Intel's listed Creative sound is actually an old Ensoniq sound chip soldered to the MB. Sound on the I810's is codec based but gets the job done.
