Sorry to post again, does this motherboard capable to overclock Celeron 300a to 450mhz or does the SoftFSB support it? Thanks!

Yeah. But I don't know of Core Voltage is adjustable with this board. If you have a beauty C300A that'll boogie at 450 with default Vcc(2.0v)you should be OK.
