Intel OC440 LX, decent board?

I found a factory refurbished slot one board with onboard video and audio. It is an Intel OC 440LX listed for 39.00. Is this a decent board for an older slot one computer? I can't find specs on the board anywhere. Let me know if you can find some specs on it.
