Link to proof please. Jag get off my back. I don't know if real or not. I simply thought some might be interested.

Dude you are one rude poster. There are better ways to reply. Please try using them .

I had not seen the Nehalem benchmarks, fabricated or real, but I am glad to know there are fakes floating around so I will be more skeptical for a little while going forward.

IRC weren't there a handful of truly ridiculous fake benchmarks (30k? in 3dmark06) for the Phenom before release?

This crap seems to invariably happen. Some sad people out there wanting to be beyond fanboys. Kinda of like "move on dot org".

At any rate, not sure why the thread turned into such a negative attack on a poster. We'll all make mistakes at some point posting a link to something we were duped into believing was legitimate.

No need to be haten unless the OP is too blinded by fanboyism to accept the linked info as fraud. Nemesis was beyond cordial here in accepting the link as questionable. You don't see that in many Intel fanboys at the XS forums.

Let's try and play nicer here at the AT forum, we owe it to ourselves to keep the forum an inviting place for people to feel comfortable posting their findings as they spend time canvassing the web for early leads on upcoming technologies.
