Part Uno!

I'am having a dilemma on which motherboard I need for my next build.
I plan on using my current P4 3Ghz Socket 775 with four 512MB DDR2
DC PC4200 modules. Another thing is I would like to upgrade to a
Pentium D 805 in a couple of months. It needs to be full ATX aswell
as a good overclocking board. Im trying to keep it under $100 with
shipping and what not, so keep that in mind. AGP or PCIE is a must
but im not going to be picky about which one.

Part Dos!
Ok Ive heard alot of good things about Epox and I think I may have
found a motherboard from them that will work for me. I provided a
link below. The thing is I googled it and came up with very little and
I cant find anyone that sells it. Im going to give them a call pretty
soon to find out how much it is and where I can get it. If any of you
have personally delt with this particular motherboard chime in!

in a couple of months u'll get pentium 9xx series for sub $150 prices. And the core 2 duo E6300 for $180.So i don't see why u are so interested in the 805.(especialy since u mentioned a couple of months)
reconsider ur processor decsion. And is ur ram ddr or ddr-2.
That would effect motherboard choice.Unless u go for the ASrock model with both ddr/ddr2 and pci-e/agp together.
Anand did a review on it a really short while back.

Well in reply let me say that my decsion to go with the Pentium D is a well informed one.
Yes of course the RAM is DDR2 and by the time that the Core 2 Duo's motherboards issue
is worked out I could have already had my system built. I have never been on the bleeding
edge as I could never afford to do so. About a month after I get this system built with the
P4 I will buy a CPU in the Pentium D line. Whether it is the 805,915 or 920 i m not sure yet
but more than likely it will be the 920.

As soon as my E6600 hits my front door I will have an Intel D945PSNLK board and it's attached pentium D 940 for sale at a very inviting price. You might want to hold off for a while.
