Hello,

I have an socket 775 ECS 945GCT-M/1333 motherboard, the manual and website doesn't say anything about Quad core cpu's and I want to know if the motherboard can support the 775 Quad core cpu's. motherboard link

Any help appreciated.

There's a CPU support link right on the page you linked.
http://www.ecsusa.com/ECSWebSi...=830&MenuID=69&LanID=9

That being said - why use such a low end board for a Quad? That chip set was only designed for 800FSB, all 1066/1333 variants are essentially overclocked north bridges.

If you want to get the most stability and performance in a quad core CPU - at least spring for a decent G31 chip set board.
