Any disadvantage(no OC?) of a Intel brand p4 motherboard?

I want to use the 2 sticks of PC133 ECC I have, any chance running these Intel p4 boards @133fsb?

There is absolutely NO overclocking Intel motherboards.

I presume you have the D845MV board? If so, it will handle your ECC PC133 SDRAM fine.
