Intel MB Recommendations...

I would pick up intel branded board, seems less risky than anything else out there. but that's my own choice - no overcking or such. intel gives 3 yrs warranty.

The gigabyte board only has 1 16x port. The other long PCIe port is a 4x for ethernet, raid, PhysX, etc... and the rest are 2 PCIe 1x and 3 PCI. It gives a mix so no matter what you want to run there are options.
