Proprietary PC's such as Dell, Compaq, HP and Gateway often make questions like your's extremely difficult to answer. A perusal of the link you provide leads me to believe that 66 or 100 Mhz may be the only choices in FSB's. If you have an Intel-manufactured 440BX mainboard, which seems likely, they generally don't OC at all. Sorry!

Your best bet is to buy a new motherboard and CPU.
