I've got a couple of WD Raptors in RAID 0, and using HDTach for benching I only get 70 mb/s at best, however I see others with regular drives in RAID that are scoring close to like 100 mb/s or better. I've run HDTach a few times now, with fresh install of windows, after defragging. So I guess what I'm saying is, I don't think I'm getting the most out of my Raptors. Also I have only tried the raptors on the Intel controller as its the only machine I have with SATA RAID.

Anybody got any ideas?
