Intel i7 930 and AES NI

So, Im looking at doing whole disk encryption, and noticed my chip doesnt support AES NI (link HERE).

HOWEVER! The footnote says "Some products can support AES New Instructions with a Processor Configuration update, in particular, i7-2630QM/i7-2635QM, i7-2670QM/i7-2675QM, i5-2430M/i5-2435M, i5-2410M/i5-2415M. Please contact OEM for the BIOS that includes the latest Processor configuration update."

Theres no other word on this. So, lets assume I have one of those models (I'll double check when I get home) what do I need to do? BIOS update? If it matters, Ive got an MSI x58 Pro-E mobo.

The listed models are SB, yours is Nehalem.

The AES instructions were added in SB. No BIOS update will help you.
