So I Have a Intel i5 750 which I also have 8GB of 1600 DDR3 Ram. So when i went to my Bios and Changed it to support the Ram it also had to change the Block Frequency on the CPu. I am assuming this is normal and caused my Cpu to be overclocked to support the faster speed Ram?

Can someone confirm this, just want to make sure I am Running normal.

Here is what Windows System says under my Properties under my Computer. ( I got a 5.9 because of my Hard Drive :(

And here are the Screen Shots of my Cpu-z at Idle and while loading Steam.

So i am assuming Windows doesn't recognize the Raised values because of the Intel Step Speed in the bios?

Windows doesn't recognize the change because Windows doesn't read anything that changes. Task Manager should report something similar to what the actual speed is, but not accurately... everything else in Windows, just reads a static CPUID value... underclock/overclock... it's just displaying the "factory label" of sorts, the same way CPU-Z is for "Specification".

Yeah, Windows hasn't acknowledged the real CPU speed for some time, though Windows 8's Task Manager reported my 3770K's clock speed of 4.3 GHz correctly. It's definitely overclocked since CPU-Z shows the changes.
