Thanks for a timely deal! I was looking for 2500k and contemplating a long trip to MicroCenter, but their 8% taxes would push the price to $200 level.
Now, with 4% casback (many sites offer CB for TigerDirect/CompUSA), it;'s closer to $180. Pretty sweet!

Wow - I'm amazed this cpu hasn't dropped much in a year. I picked up a couple of micro-center for something in that range (I think $179 or $169) last year when I replaced my machines. Hum.

Actually the local microcenter has it for $169 so $180 with tax - of course instore only. Whatever happened to cpu dropping 30% year over year ?
