Intel i3-530 Temps?

HD: Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5"
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Sound: HT | OMEGA STRIKER 7.1 Channels PCI Interface Sound Card
GPU: EVGA 01G-P3-N959-TR GeForce 9500 GT 1GB 128-bit GDDR2

Question: I'm showing temps at 25C via BIOS. That's about 5F above room temp. Is it supposed to run that cold? Could this be an error?

What are typical temps for this proc, I've been searching and I cannot find any.
