Whats the deal with this I have the latest drivers and everything and it said he 2000 when I was using my monitor at school the I came home and was using a tv with hdmi and it said that and It started crashing and making the driver recover as I'm using onboard till my 560ti is in rma. I do have the graphics over clocked to 1400mhz using the as rock tuning suite

I'm really struggling to understand what you mean here. Can you maybe try to type it again and spend a little more time trying to be clear. Only suggestion I have for you at the moment is to put it back to stock and see if the problem goes away.

right now im running onboard graphics because my gtx 560ti is being rma. and im supposed to have hd 2000 but it says i have hd 1000 gt 1 in cpu z and when ever i try to play light games my intel graphics accelerator driver crashes how ever i did have the onboard graphics over clocked buy 300mhz would that be my problem?

If it is an I3 2120 then it has HD2000 Igpu. Where is it saying you have the HD1000? Try reinstalling the drivers and put it back to stock. You could have had a problem with the overclock for a while but not noticed as you were using a discrete GPU (your 560TI)
