All H61 chipset boards will support it.

All H67 chipset boards will support it.

Most (???) Z68 chipset boards will support it. The reason it isn't "all" is because some manufacturers (such as Gigabyte) don't implement the video outputs.

Like Zap stated there are a couple HD 3000 that will support the Intel® in the desktop space, here are all of them.
Intel® Z68 Express Chipset (about half a Gigabytes Z68 board don't support the IGP (Intergraded Graphics on processor)
Intel® Q65 Express Chipset
Intel® H61 Express Chipset
Intel® H67 Express Chipset
Intel® Q67 Express Chipset
Also there is a strange board out there by Asus deisgned for the Intel XeonE3-12X5 (processors with IGP) and I believe that is the Asus P8B WS. I think that covers everything that might get into the desktop space.
