Intel H67 doesn't support Port Multiplier...

I could lose my mind if I didn't have some good people trying to help me here, so thanks to you good folks.

I discovered the chipset I have (Intel H67) currently doesn't support PMF. Someone, please break this down in terms of what this limits me to. For example, can I still get a PCI Raid controller card, or am I strictly limited to hardware raid for eSATA?

Edit: On that note... IS PCI RAID HARDWARE???

PCI(e) cards will work fine because they have their own SATA controllers. Basically, your only limitation is with eSATA enclosures but you can easily bypass that by using USB 3.0 or getting a PCIe eSATA card that support port multiplying.
