Intel Graphics - architecture, development, specifications, etc where

Info about Nvidia and AMD GPU architecures, exact specifications and plans for future architectures are widely available and reltatively easily obtainable.

That is not the case with Intel HD graphics though or it is just my lack of search skill.

So I have a question. Where I can read about diffrences between each Intel HD generations? Anyone can point me to knowegedle bases, forums, articles, papers, speeches etc ? (i.e. between Sandy and Ivy and Haswell GPU architectures) and what are Intel plans for future in iGPU department.
I mean not only that iGPU die size will increase cause it's obvious, but also architectural and feature changes.

Intel Ark site is preety disappointing in this matter, not to mention that is even lacks exact specifications of HD "chips".

what kind of data are you looking for?
Intel publishes very detailed programmers reference manuals - way more than Nvidia or AMD release. See here

and architectural analysis typically accompanies launch reviews of each generation of products - for example, here's a few on Haswell (1, 2)

and here's some fairly deep analysis on the graphics in the previous two generations, IvyBridge and SandyBridge.

does that help?

Regarding roadmaps, I would say Intel probably holds that pretty close for competitive reasons.
