Intel Graphics Accelerator 900 error code 37

tryed everyway possible even with the uninstalling and reinstalling the device tried differnt drivers and cant find away for this for this to work i keep getting the Error code 37 when i go to device manager and under my on board graphics its showing a yellow question mark saying its not working. plz help!!!
