Intel G965WH - no post no boot?

Got this MB from newegg last week, put in the core 2 duo e6400... some kingston RAM from the list of tested modules on Intel's website... hooked everything up... no boot no post. if I take the ram out, I get 3 beeps. I have tried a working psu from another computer, and i have tried working ram... what should i do next????
