Intel G2 SSD acting up on my new build

I just finished up my new build and am running into some issues with my ssd. I installed the new firmware for the drive and downloaded the intel toolkit. When I go to run the optimizer though, it gives me an error and tells me it can't run it because it is in Raid. I have another 500gb spinpoint f3 drive, but it is totally seperate. I do have AHCI enabled in the bios, but the only spot I found to enable it was under on board ata controller...and then I changed the Raid.....from IDE to AHCI. I really hope I didn't screw this install up. The mother board is a MSI 890fx AM3 board with a 1055t processor. I am not attempting to run Raid in any way, and am really unsure why it is coming up as such. Let me know if you need more info......thanks.
