Intel FMB 1.5

My latest bios only documentation says "Support frequency locked Prescott CPU for FMB1.5 design " and I am wondering if this is a good thing? I am currently O/C my 2.8E to 3.53.

It's a never voltage regulation spec that's designed for the Gallitan CPUs, and seems tpsupport Prescott as well.

It's a *good thing* because it requires tighter voltage regulation.
