Well, I could not get mine to boot with 2GB or 4GB of STT ram in it. This does not mean it can't take 4GB (the manual even says 4GB max) it might just not like my ram or there could be a host of other issues since all it does is blink at me when I try to start it up.

I'll keep playing with it this weekend.

Otherwise they will use the sku ending in 80 which is the tray cpu with only a 1 year warranty. Same price to use the 90 sku so if its worth the time... you might want to go back and switch it.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm not too concerned about the warranty (I have yet to have a CPU fail on me, and the first system I built was a 10MHz Turbo XT), and I wasn't going to use the retail fan anyways.
