Intel drivers: Windows XP Support Lifecycle

Just had a question that I couldn't find via Google.

When does Intel plan to stop writing drivers for Windows XP OS? Do they plan to end development on XP drivers when extended XP support ends in 2014? http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?ln=en-gb&c2=1173

I don't think they'd have much incentive to.

If everything works when 2014 rolls around, the need for new drivers will most likely be negligible.
