Intel DQ965GF mobo

I am currently trying to add asset tags into the bios on this mobo, but have not had any luck in finding a way to do so, when i enter into the bios it doesn't give me the option to change/add system ID.

Any ideas on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

So far as I know this is a value that included when the BIOS is flashed onto the BIOS chip. It's not something a user can add on afterwards.

I thought the same thing but came across the ability to do this on a variety of other machines. Is it possibly something particular for this mobo?

Intel usually provides these tools (e.g. Integrator Toolkit and Integrator Assistant) for its branded boards but you may need to access a portal for OEM system builders and system integrators, which requires an account. And as luck would have it, I let mine expire six months ago, else I would check for you. Might be able to find them elsewhere for download.
