Intel DG965WH and Norton Ghost

I am trying to run Norton Ghost from a bootable floppy on an Intel DG965WH, but seems like it cannot detect the IDE harddrives and optical drive. Is this a problem with the motherboard? Anyone else experiencing this problem?
