Has anyone seen any signs of Intel going DDR333???

You need to be a little more specific. If you are talking about an Intel made DDR333 chipset, then I have no clue, but the SIS645 chipset has supported DDR333 for some time now.

Definitely NOT until JEDEC ratifies the DDR333/PC2700 standard.
