Intel D865GBF, anyone else having problems with P12 BIOS?

I flashed from P11 to P12 and started getting:

random reboots
Windows STOP ERRORS
shutdown problems
driver IRQ errors

Using Iflash or Express methods doesn't matter, same crappy stability.

Flashing back to P11 brings back all the Intel stabilty I need with this board.

Anyone else experience this?

I've had the problem with P12 a while back for my board...got a BSOD every once in a while upon bootup.

Don't worry, Intel will have a new BIOS update in a few days; they're always quick to have them.
