Help !
Just got my new P4 rig but can't seem to get the IR to work.
For Starters, there's no IR Menu Set Up option in BIOS.. all that's available under Peripheral set up in BIOS is Serial Port A (?).. no IR in sight.
Also, my IR device is an EHoya IRWave 520F, "onboard" version that connects directly to the Motherboard connectors. Believe the hardware connection is correct as I can see the IR lamp blinking.. though no connection to another IR device (tested with Nokia 8250) can be established.
What needs to be done? Can someone please help.
