Ok, let's first tell you what I have done, then perhaps someone out
there can tell me why it won't boot.
1. Created a RAID 0 array w/4 drives
2. Set primary master (in array) as boot drive
3. Set M/B BIOS to boot to Hard drive
4. Set hard drive to Adaptec 1200A RAID card
5. Installed Windows XP via CD-ROM Drive
(Used F6 and installed XP drivers for RAID card)
After reboot system would not boot to array.
Flashed BIOS with latest update from Intel.
Same problem.
Attempted to reinstall XP using CD.
CMOS would no longer boot to CD.
Would show CD in BIOS after cold boot but not after warm boot.
Any suggestions?
