Intel corporate security toll free number?

I think I need to contact Intel's corporate security branch, but I'm unable to find a phone number for them, much less a toll free number.
It's in regards to returning an engineering sample CPU, so I'm assuming this is the number I'll need?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
