Hello

I changed my job, and must replace my MacBook to computer with Windows 11.
I want buy Asus ExpertBook B7 with Intel Core i7-1195G7 , but I see that for Q3/Q4 Asus refresh ExpertBook B7 and added for this laptop Intel® Core™ i7-1260P.

I read that 1260P is better that 1195G7, but it is only synthetic benchmark.
In real world 1260P really such better that 1195G7?

I using my laptop for read documentation, coding in typescript.

i7-1195G7 has AVX-512 (in case you need it). The i7-1260P does not have that and it may not be that much faster than the 1195G7. However, if you can get the i7-1260P with LPDDR5-6400, that might fare much better in multi-core compilation workloads. But normal usage like the one you describe, both CPUs will do fine.

Okay, but we talked about laptop and this model Asus ExpertBook B7.

In this model difference between i7-1260P vs 1195G7 is visible? I know that synthetic test, 1260P is better, but in real world during work, probably not?

Newer is usually better and the i7-1260P does perform better. In real world usage, I doubt you would be able to tell the difference between the two. If you wanna be on the safe side and the prices are almost same, go with i7-1260P.
