Saw this in today's newspaper (Dallas-Ft Worth Area). Not a bad deal. It is for a box'ed processor and a bare bones MSI motherboard. NewEgg sells the processor for $120, so you are getting the motherboard for $10. I have an E7200 and it overclocks very well. I bet you could overclock this processor to 3.5 GHz without much trouble.
