I'm about to buy the Intel Core 2 Quad (Q8400) 2.66GHz for the new PC im building, but thought i'd consult you guys first. What sort of things will i have to consider before buying it?

Also, can you tell me some pros and cons of this particular CPU?

Oh, and before i forget - What cooling would be perfect for it? Im thinking of overclocking.

Alright, ive read through the thread and decided that i would like to settle for a Quad core.
But what about this particular CPU?
What cooling will i need for it?
 
stock cooling will suffice at stock speeds. If you plan to heavily OC, the more popular TRUE or other variants will do fine. A simple search and read will tell you everything you need. Really it will.
