hi guys, hope you can help i'm going to get a new pc one has got a e4300 and the other has a e6300 the price diif in the pc's is £50 which PROCESSOR is the best to get all the other spec's are the same
i know you guys on here know what your talking about so can you please help?

Sounds like you're buying an OEM non-overclocked (or even overclockable?) unit. The 6300 would be worth the price difference, as you get a 1066fsb, and usually the boards on 6x00-based systems are a little better than the bottom-of-the-line 4x00-based stuff (I've seen some crap VIA/945/etc chipset mATX boards in e4300-based systems, as opposed to the P965/965G that you typically see more often in the 6300 and up).

Can you give us any more details on these two units? I'd rather get a 4300 w/DDR2-800 and Intel P965G, and a NCQ Sata HDD, as opposed to getting a 6300 w/DDR-667 and Intel 945G with a Sata1 drive, for example.
