Intel Combo Question; Which to buy?

Which Intel combo is the latest "bang for the buck"? I've used amd for a while now and looking for a change. Would like around a 2.0ghz, use the 2100 DDR that I have, be able to OC in the bios obviously with a price range of $200-225.
