What is the difference and which one should I go for?

Basically, the Q57 has:
Two more PCIe lanes
Two more USB ports
RAID
Various enterprise technologies that I'm not familiar with such as vPro, Trusted Execution, etc.

The Q57 is business oriented while the H55 is home/HTPC oriented.
