Alright.
Yesterday, I've decided to go all out on updating drivers and found out how to update my Intel Chipset. (440bx)
So, I did that expecting a performance increase but it actually lowered it! :( My framerates are now lower in pretty much every game and movies on my computer are now choppy.

I want these drivers off of my computer now! The old ones were so much better. But I haven't got a clue how to uninstall them...
I've checked all over the Intel site and could not find the answer ANYWHERE. Any clues how to get my older drivers back?

I don't know if you're familiar with these types of drivers but I installed an INF installation utility which did most of the work for me... if that helps any. All I know is that I want these off and I haven't got a clue...

Specs:
Pent. III 450
192 MB RAM
GeForce2 MX

What you ask is tough. If the Intel chipset utility doesn't provide an uninstall feature, you have very little recourse.

In the Control Panel under Add/Remove Programs (or whatever it's called) see if the chipset drivers are listed there.

Otherwise, backup your important data and reinstall the OS. The Intel website states explicitly now that their drivers are for developer use only, not for end user (use at your own risk).
The only OSes that might need the drivers would be Win3.x/95 and NT4.0.
Windows 98 and any newer OS should have full capability in the OS for the BX chipset.
